Sessions begin with an introduction to shamanism covering:

*The history of shamanism
*The three world shamanic cosmology (Lower World, Middle World, Upper World)
*The shamanic journey drumbeat
*Departure points and intention setting

This will be followed by a shamanic drum journey to the Lower World to meet an animal spirit guide. After this, there will be time to feedback and ask questions.

Sessions take place online on Zoom in a safe, supportive and inclusive setting.
